This is a cute black top with clear, silver, copper studs at the neckline.  There are four rows of studs for a dramatic look.  There is elastic around the top of the shoulder s and a slightly scooped neck.  The sleeves are ¾ length and has a banded  opening.    A 2X should fit Bust size 42 ½-45 ½, Waist 34 ½-37 ½, Hips 44½-47 ½ and should fit 18W/20W and the overall length is 28”.  Material is 60% Cotton, 40% Polyester.
