This looks like a crocheted sweater but I am not sure.  The sweater features 7 buttons up the front, short sleeves and a round neckline.   A 3X should fit Bust 48 ½-52”, Waist 41 ½”-45”, Hips 51-54 ½” and fits a 22-24 and is 25” long.  The sleeves are 11” long from the shoulder.  The material is 55% Ramie, 45% Cotton and is machine washable.
