WTC COLLECTIBLES HISTORY INFORMATION
The World Trade Center gift shops had beautiful collectibles & keepsakes from before 9/11. Incredible memorabilia that so many visitors & collectors loved. Before these collectibles were discontinued, we obtained what collectibles we could from the companies that provided the WTC gift shops. We stored them for 10 years & decided that on the tenth memorial of the 9/11 WTC we would present them once again. Every WTC collectible we are offering is a beautiful vintage Pre-9/11 WTC Twin Tower Treasure. As collectors ourselves, we hope you'll love & treasure this collection as we do! * Domestic Shipping Lower 48 Only:
Item(s) will be sent USPS with Tracking. Insurance is included in the shipping & handling, per eBay's new rules. All items over $100 require mandatory insurance. The cost the carriers charge is $1.00 per $100. Alaska & Hawaii please email for rates.
* International Shipping:
We do ship internationally. Cost is calculated according to the destination Country. Please email for rates before bidding.

We are not responsible for international customs delays. Each country establishes its own standards. Many factors can affect international transit times.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties & taxes imposed by your country at your country's border. We have no control over these charges & cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. For more information we suggest that you contact your local customs office. * Refusal of International Orders:
Very Important ~ If you deny the delivery of a package due to customs fees, please understand that you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping to your door & then back to us. So please do not refuse a delivery as it will be extremely costly.

Every country celebrates different holidays. If your shipment arrives on a holiday, couriers may not be able to deliver until your recipient's office is open.
* Weekends:
Transit times are calculated in business days, so you will need to account for weekend days, if applicable. Note that weekends may differ by country as well.
* Natural Disasters:
Due to recent world events & natural disasters, international shipping times could be subject to delays from carriers. E.g. earthquakes, hurricanes, volcanic ash etc...

* Handling Time ~ Lead Time Prior To Shipping:
TEN (10) WORKING DAYS ~ PayPal funds must clear first & then your item(s) will be properly packed & shipped to your destination. NOTE: 10 Days does not include carrier shipping times, please add proper shipment arrival times. Media is slower then Priority etc... Our shipping cycle is once a week. Therefore your position in the cue depends on when your payment is received.
PACKING METHODS:
We pack all items in proper shipping boxes & mailing envelopes. For example, we won't wrap an original boxed item in brown paper thus allowing the valuable original box to get damaged in shipment. We promise not to fold or roll your collectible just because it could fit into an unprotected envelope or mailing tube. We won't send your item unprotected. Having been on eBay since 1997, we have seen it all thousands of times. Disreputable sellers resort to used kitty litter boxes, pizza, bladder control, feminine hygiene, diaper & other beat up boxes to save money & guarantee the items will arrive damaged. It is very important to us that our buyers receive all items undamaged.
There are many sellers that cause the damage themselves either directly or indirectly. These sellers think they can shove something valuable like a $200 magazine in an envelope & mark "Do Not Bend or Fragile". You know who you are! A few sellers have stated to us that they cross their fingers & hope their items arrive OK. Can you imagine a shipper actually spending extra time reading what is on the box or envelope other than the address? Shippers throw & drop packages to move mail quickly!
So rest assured, we would rather overprotect because we know what can happen. We use thick cardboard to protect flat paper items from damage. If it is a larger item we use bubble wrap. Once an item is properly protected, we pack using custom sized mailers or envelopes for flat paper items & properly sized boxes with plenty of peanuts for larger items.
SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT:
All items have been stored in a nonsmoking, smoke free environment.
SALES TAX:
California residents are subject to 9.75% sales tax.
CONDITION:
Grading conditions are subjective. You must be your own judge when deciding the condition of items vintage or new. It is very important to ask questions concerning the item before bidding or buying.
