RETURNS:
We gladly accept returns.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Please notify us within 15 days of purchase/payment. Some damaged items are replaced without returning (depending on which warehouse it shipped from).
If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it within 15 days in its original condition and packaging by contacting us within 7 days of receipt for a return authorization. We cannot credit you if you return an item without contacting us to request an RMA#.
Return shipping fees and original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective. Returns for refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless item is damaged/defective.
If you purchased an item with free shipping, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
