We gladly accept returns.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Please notify us within 30 days of purchase/payment. Most damaged items are replaced without returning. In most cases, a photo can be sent indicating damage or defect. This must be done within 30 days of payment.

If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it within 10 days in its original condition and packaging by contacting us within 7 days of receipt for a return authorization. We cannot credit you if you return an item without contacting us to request an RMA#.
Return shipping fees and original shipping fees are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. Returns for refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless item is damaged/defective.

If you purchased an item with free shipping, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

All of our items(most are shipped from a supplier) are checked at time of auction listing and are in stock at our warehouse, however, due to the nature of online auctions duration period, in rare instances, it is possible that an item may become out of stock. If this should happen, a complete refund will be issued immediately, or item may be placed on back order and will be shipped to the buyer within the 30th day of auction end, if it can be re-ordered.
