If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Please notify us within 10 days of purchase/payment to get return authorization approval. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, no odors, no signs of wear and if NWT, all tags must be attached.  We do not refund for reason of the item not fitting or color variation from monitor to monitor. We try to take the most accurate photos, some photos are brightened to highlight details. Return shipping fees and original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.
