If availability of an item changes, you will be notified immediately with the expected order time frame.
Our traffic department will route your order on the carrier that is best suited to deliver in a safe, timely manner. To ensure that your merchandise arrives without damage, we will take the necessary steps to package and prepare your order prior to shipping. Please allow 2-10 business days for processing depending on the size and difficulty of this task. Once shipped, please allow between 5 and 15 business days for transit time. You can track the progress of your shipment at any time by emailing us through eBay.
Shipping charges include either curbside service or delivery to the ground floor or doorstep depending on the carrier. Delivery up or down stairs is not included. White Glove delivery is available in most areas - please inquire.
Delivery will be done according to the schedule of the shipping company. Any variance is subject to an additional charge.
Please contact us for a Canadian shipping quote. Buyer will be responsible for any applicable Duties, Taxes, Customs or Brokerage fees.
In the unfortunate event that your merchandise arrives with damage, please note the damage on the delivery ticket and contact Design Furnishings immediately to request a claims form. All claims of damages must be received within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of all damages and the shipping box must be attached to the claims form Please do not refuse delivery of an entire shipment due to damage of a particular item, as this will delay replacement of damaged merchandise. Damage must be noted by the customer on the paperwork provided by the delivery company in order to process a claim.
Warranties, Returns, etc.
All products sold are under manufacturer's warranty.
Measurements, dimensions, size, shapes, finishes, colors and style are approximate. All are subject to change by manufacturers. Seller will not be liable.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 14 days for a refund less all round trip shipping costs. Design Furnishings must authorize all returns and all items must be returned in original packaging in new condition. Merchandise without original packaging WILL be refused. Returned merchandise is subject to restocking fee of 25% and customer is responsible for all round trip shipping charges.
Please note that certain items are considered custom or special request orders by the manufacturer and are not returnable.
