This clasp is made from a hard tempered sterling silver metal top which has been hard soldered onto a die struck base metal clamping device; it will last a long time in serviceable condition. The product weighs 8 grams with metal and gemstone; it measures 1-3/4 inches long and 1/2 inch from top to bottom; the tiger eye is a 10 by 8 millimeter honey brown cabochon cut with brilliant moving internal chatoyance.
