Lefton Keepsake Jewelry Trinket Box
This brand new item is a "Lefton Keepsake Jewelry Trinket Box" made in Japan with the number 5591 on the bottom. The product is made well in a hard fired bone china with flowers and ribbons design. This vintage egg is in perfect shape with the fine petals of the pink roses on the top of the cover handle remaining excellent. The inside of the egg is very hard white glaze, and the outside shell is a soft matte off-white texture. The flowers, ribbons with additional accents, and all other 3-D motifs are lightly colored appliques of blue, green, yellow, and pink. This product weighs 11-1/2 ounces and stands 4-1/2" tall by five inches front to back, and 3-1/2" wide. There is a little tag on the bottom that says Lefton TRADEMARK EXCLUSIVES JAPAN plus a border in silver; the fill in area is red. The number imprint is ink.
