This product is a pair of brand new “Sterling Silver Amethyst Dangle Tear Drop Earrings” made in the U.S.A. The earring posts are hand soldered, and use push on style butterfly backs. These products are good quality sterling silver castings and have a nice ample feel that does not drag down the ear lobe. The weight of this pair of earrings is approximately 8 grams of metal including the hardware; approximately 4 grams each piece. The pair measures 1-1/2 inch from the top of the design to the tip of the genuine gemstone and is 3/8” wide across the center of the design. Each of the bullet cut style amethyst cabochons weighs 1.95 carats for a total of approximately 3.9 carats. The main elongated silver balloon is very shiny polished solid sterling silver as is the filigree bezel, plus there is a vibe motif on the back of the balloon for a finished look. In addition, this item has been sterilized with jeweler's solution and sealed in a plastic bag. This quality product came from a designer showcase as an original concept and will retain its' brilliance for a long time.
