True TPP-60 | Pizza Prep Table | 15.9 cubic feet The True TPP-60 refrigerated pizza prep table has two doors and contains four adjustable, vinyl-coated, wire shelves. It uses an oversized and balanced refrigeration system, with airflow directed at pans, to hold temperatures between 33 degrees and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The exterior of the True tpp-60 has a stainless steel front, top and sides. It has an aluminum-finished back. The interior has NSF-approved, white, vinyl-coated, aluminum sides and top, covered corners and a 300-series, stainless steel floor. The True tpp60 has an extra- deep, (19 1/2") full-length, removable cutting board. It also comes with, 1/3-size, 12"W x 6"D x 6"H, clear, polycarbonate insert pans. The True TPP-60 also accommodates 4" and 8" deep pans. It comes with 5" casters and rear bumpers. It is a front breathing, self- contained unit. Overall dimensions are 60 1/4"W x 32 1/4"D x 35"H.
