This jelly has an intense berry flavor.  Made from fruit picked by the Earthworks elves (well, this year just one elf - tall with a gray beard)  along Marshall County highways and byways.  It is difficult to find this flavor jelly sold commercially, so we recommend snapping it up if you like elderberry.
