The Erie Canal Trading Emporium  Presents  Miniature Dollhouse Furniture and Accessories ****************** For your consideration is a selection of Petite Princess Furniture by the Ideal Toy Company.  I’m thinning out my miniature, 1/12th Scale collection pieces of furniture and accessories.   Each Petite Princess piece was made in Japan and dates from 1964.  Some were my sister’s from a Dollhouse she had in 1964, most are pieces I purchased in the 80’s and 90’s.  Some have their original boxes and all are now 50 years old!  You’ll be able to tell from the pictures that I LOVE to photograph these pieces.  The detail is so astonishingly minute and realistic looking.  They just don’t make pieces like this anymore!  What a shame.
