A delightful little diddy from a more elegant time when dining tables were set to the hilt with every imaginable accessory, here is a #1881 Paneled Grape Jelly and cover also known later as a Puff Box. The original intent was to serve jelly or jam in this little lidded wonder. This Westmoreland Glass creation is in pure White Milk Glass. It is in undamaged condition and stands 4-½” high and 4-½” in diameter. It is marked both top and bottom with the “W” superimposed over the “G” and even has it’s original gold foil Westmoreland label. Very charming, indeed! I sell only original Westmoreland Glass pieces produced between 1888 and 1984 at the factory in Grapeville, PA.
