The eternal God, who cannot lie, has made the human race a promise. It is found in the Book of Joel. "And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh (2:28). This promise is being fulfilled today!
Ministers and members of all the historic denominations are receiving abptism in the Holy Ghost as on the Day of Pentecos (see Acts 2). They are speaking in other toungues, prophesying, praying for the sick, casting out devils, and seeing miracles. THe mighty gifts of the Spirit spoken of in 1 Corinthians 12 are being restored to the Body of Christ.
