Item# FPCARB010G Food grade activated charcoal powder, also known as activated carbon. Activated charcoal is commonly used for water filtration, as a dietary supplement, and to absorb toxins. This item is packaged in a factory sealed air tight jar (similar to the one pictured in the ad). Activated charcoal powder easily absorbs odors from the air and should always be kept in an air tight jar. Activated charcoal should never be stored in a bag. If stored in a bag it will absorb odors and will get charcoal dust all over the place when you open the bag. The dust gets black marks all over everything. It can be hard to clean from some surfaces.
