• PATTERN:  Commemorative Plate of the French Revolution

• ITEM:  9" plate

• DISCUSSION:  We are offering in this auction a faience plate commemorating the French Revolution of 1790. It has the words W La Liberte 1790. The colors are a French blue and a mustard yellow. The background is a off white. Best guess on the age of this plate is late 19th century.

• MARK:  There is an X . on the back of the plate

• CONDITION: The condition is pretty good, considering the age. There is wear on the edge of the plate, and some crackling. It comes with a plate hanger for hanging on the wall. Please see pictures.

• You are bidding on a used, vintage or antique item. Most of our treasures are in excellent condition for their age they should not be confused with new condition unless item is stated to be new. Damage or notable flaws are mentioned in condition above but age appropriate wear should be expected.
