Items must be returned within 14 days . Refund will be given as Money back. Refund policy details: Refund will be given as exchange for other items, only if an item is found defective on arrival (DOA) and cannot be replaced, then we will negotiate with Customer. If the item is found defective on arrival, item must be reported within 7 days and returned to us within 14 days. Customers are responsible for returned shipping fees.
