This copper pot was made in America in the early 1800s

This pan might have been used by early settlers or traded with Native Americans. These pots originally came with a lid which is a rare find today. This one has no lid.

The inside of this pot was made of Tin with an overlay of copper. Some of the copper is disappearing leaving the sides with a wonderful patina.

The pot has some old repairs. One hole is covered with a penny.

These repairs are not significant to the value. It probably ads to the value.

This was not meant to be a cheap throw away.

This pot has been used for over 200 years. It is still usable today.

Although I would not recommend to cook food in it.

The tin might contain lead and you do not want that in your system. The lead is not in any way dangerous if you have the pot standing on hanging in your house.

Like in most antique stores I can sometimes go to about 10% in giving discounts on items that linger longer on Ebay.

My position as dealer is very compatible I have to keep my prices low as possible. There is not that much room for negotiation.

I list hundreds of items every month. Most of them sell pretty quick usually within a 3 month period. But, I don't know if it will sell.
