MEASURE, DON'T GUESS!
Chest size is the size around the widest part just behind the front legs. It is more important then body length. Please measure your pet and add at least an inch (2.5cm) allowance to the chest measurement for her to fit comfortably. If your pet has a thick coat, best to measure her loosely. If still in doubt, go up a size.

I am a Ebay UK registered seller, I moved to Hong Kong recently so the product will be shipped from Hong Kong.
Orders more than £20 will be shipped by registered mail, which provides tracking and a signature is needed on delievery.
Shipping rate to UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus is the same. Normally it should take 4-10 days to reach UK/US. (NOT IN DECEMBER)
Shipping rate to Italy is £1 more per shipment as shipped by registered mail, please wait for invoice before paying.

RETURN
Full refund (less postage) is available if the item is returned within 7 days in its original condition if item is not as described. I don't accept return if it doesn't fit, so please read my instructions and measure your pet properly. Buyer is responsible for the return postage. Please contact me before returning the product.
