To heat gel inserts, remove from zippered fabric and submerge in hot water for approximately 2-3 minutes. Do not heat in microwave oven.
Weight 2.8 lbs. Plush velour and gel. Removable zippered covers for hand wash and air dry. Neck pillow: 12" x 12" x 2 1/2" high; neck wrap: 4" x 19" long; body pad: 4" x 6" long; eye mask: 4" x 9" long.
Please note: Since these are velour they kind of shed when you first take them out of the box and best to shake them out a little first.
