We use Australia Post parcel post satchels to mail anywhere in Australia for a fixed price. I love to combine postage to save you money!
We use the 500g Standard (Red) Parcel Post Satchel for purchases of items weighing up to 500g and the 3kg Express Post Satchel for larger quantities. We encourage your selection on checkout of the 500g Express Post Satchel for the added security of parcel tracking.
The 500g satchel costs $6.00 and holds up to 4 Plus Sized Bras or 2 corsets. The 500g Express Post satchel costs $8.40. The 3kg Express Post satchel costs $11.70 and holds up to 24 Plus Sized Bras or 12 corsets, and comes with the added protection of a tracking number.
Please note - If and where available I do prefer to send items via courier for the added door to door protection. If the service is available I will do so at no additional charge to you and your item is signed for on delivery (guaranteed)!
Overseas shipping is more expensive, so please contact me if you require a quote for international shipping.
I will send your item(s) the following business day after receiving payment. The delivery time may increase during the holiday season.
However, please note that whilst all care is taken, I am not able to accept any responsibility for loss or damage which occurs during shipping. I will gladly arrange for Registered Mail for an additional cost please email me for quotation.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Direct Deposit – This method will take 1 to 2 business days to clear from your account. Often payments made on a Friday will not show until the following Tuesday. Your item/s will be shipped as soon as payment is cleared.
Paypal – We receive Instant payment notification, item will be dispatched on the following business day.
Paypal E-Cheque – Can take up to 5-10 business days to clear from your account. Your item/s will be shipped as soon as payment is cleared.
Overseas Buyers – PayPal Only
Buyer must make contact within 3 days of the auction ending to finalise payment and postage details. All payments must be received within 7 days.
REFUNDS
We try our best to give you a fair and as accurate as possible description. Please note that colour/shade of garment may differ slightly to the listing photo due to light, and or the camera/computers ability to capture the true colour etc.
Unfortunately for hygeine reasons we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind or if the item does not fit, so please ensure you are happy with the size or item(s) you have chosen prior to purchase.
On rare occasions we may run out of stock due to human or computer error and if this occurs we will over you an alternative item or refund accordingly.
