This kit has been used once while I was teaching a class of grade 3/4 students. I no longer need it as I am now a specialist teacher.  It is like new and only damage is to the velcro tabs on the inside lid of box that secure lid shut (see pictures). Also one page in the 'Teaching Notes' has some words highlighted in orange highlighter. All cards and resources in this kit are in excellent, as new condition. You won't be disappointed!
