Up for auction is "Dewdrop" an Ashton Drake Porcelain doll, her arms are still wrapped in original bubble wrapping, hair net has not even been removed and it has the blanket that originally came with it. The box has a little wear, not a lot and the doll itself I would say is mint. I have had this doll for years, but admit I am not a collector so it has been sitting in the closet, in the box and prob under appreciated for what it is! I am putting it up for Auction and hopefully a collector will get more enjoyment out of her than I! Below is a statement I copied from the certificate of Authenticity to give you a description:
" "Dewdrop" is an original issue in the Morning Glories collection designed by artist Bella Bambina, and produced under the hallmark of the Aston-Drake Galleries. The edition of "Dewdrop" ends forever on December 31, 1999, at which time molds for this doll will be broken and no more porcelain will ever be cast."
