This listing is for one Home Interiors Ceramic Heart Plaque.  The plaque measures approximately 3.25" wide and 2.75" tall.  It has a hole in the back .75" in diameter making it easy to mount on a wall as well as a hole about .25" in diameter on the top through which you can put ribbon or a piece of cord to hang it.   The heart plaque isn't new, but it's in excellent pre-owned condition as there are no chips, cracks, or scratches anywhere on its surface. 

My friend fills hers with potpourri.  Granted it doesn't have smaller holes on it's surface like a typical potpourri container usually does, but if it's suspended by a ribbon or a cord, it does have a .75" hole in the back for the fragrance to emanate from.
