This is an excellent condition (I'd rate it 8.75 out of 10) Korean-made 1996 Epiphone Les Paul Standard plain top in an ebony finish.  According to the Guitar Dater Project, this guitar--serial number S6126370--was made at the Samick factory in South Korea in December of 1996.  The photos tell the story, and the guitar's in great shape.  The binding is unmarred anywhere and there's little evidence of any scratches and none that can be seen anywhere except when holding the guitar up to the light and looking at it at certain angles.  No chips, dents or dings, either, from what I can tell.  Here are some features of the Epiphone Les Paul Standard:

-  Solid  bound mahogany body with a plain maple top
-  Mahogany set neck (bound)
-  Rosewood fingerboard
-  Crown inlays
-  24 medium jumbo frets
-  Kluson style tuners
-  Gibson engraved 3-ply truss rod cover
-  2 volume, 2 tone control knobs
-  3-position switch (treble, middle rhythm)
-  Alnico Classic chrome humbucker pickups
-  LockTone Tnue-O-Matic bridge/stopbar tailpiece

The guitar also shows no evidence of fret wear and it's been barely used, spending most of its time tucked away in a hardshell case.  This one will also come with the plush-lined hardshell case depicted in the photo gallery.  It's specifically made to accommodate LP-style guitars.  It's in good shape, too, with no tears or rips to the covering.  If you'd like more photos or more information, contact me through Ebay or through my private email at:  [email protected].

I'll ship worldwide on this one, but international bidders (meaning, those outside the continental United States, including Mexico and Canada as well as Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and U.S. protectorates) must contact me when bidding so that I can figure out shipping charges applicable to their region.  All customs and duties are the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Winning bidder is also responsible for any applicable U.S. state sales taxes.  Local pickup is also offered.  I'll refund the shipping charge back to the local bidder's PayPal account if picking this guitar up.  It's also sold "as is," but I can guarantee it won't arrive DOA and it'll be in exactly the condition I've described.  I just replaced the low 'E' string today, and it's got a .46 gauge on it now.  Just thought I'd let you know.

Winning bidder must remit payment within 3 days of winning bid.  Buy It Now requires immediate payment.  I'll ship within 3 business days of payment in both cases (bid or BIN), though I will try to ship within 1 business day, and I'll contact the winning bidder frequently to update on status.  International shipping may take a bit longer.  If the winning bidder is international, or in Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, U.S. protectorates or in Canada or Mexico, please wait until I send a modified invoice to account for actual shipping charges.  I'll also only charge actual shipping for the continental U.S. and will refund the difference if it's less than the $35.00 I'm listing.  If it's more, I'll just eat it ;-)

LASTLY:  BUYERS WITH ZERO OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK NEED TO CONTACT ME BEFORE BIDDING.
