This is a brown toned collectors plate in the style of Rembrandt.    The scene is that of soldiers and men with guns.  Very old scene.

The back of the plate is stamped:  Bareuther   Waldsassen   Bavaria   Germany.

The are holes for hanging the plate on a wall or mounting it in a shadow box.  There are few minute imperfections,  look like tiny scratches on the face.  Hanging up these would be unnoticable.

Size:  11.5" diameter.

I don't know the exact age, but they are at least 30 years or more.  Just waiting for the right collector.
