This is a quartz crystal pendant which is capped with a goldtone metal and and bail for hanging on a chain. 

 I purchased it years ago from Brazil and added a goldtone chain in 18".

This has to be handcrafted as the cap is shaped around the stone.   The approx. size is 1.25" long and 3/4" wide.

As you can see from the photo with of all sides, it is a beauty.
