  If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us at (714) 595-9662 or . All items are sold in the described condition. Returns, exchanges and refunds are granted only when your item received does not represent the item or item description up for auction. If an item is not the same model as that in the description, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will make arrangements to exchange the product. If an item is not available, we will refund your money immediately. Your refund will include the full amount of the auction plus shipping. Returned items must be in the same condition as it was shipped. All returns must be done within 5 days.
