Miniature Hats and Miniature Mannequin Head Stand

 

This is an interesting display for a 'hat' person. The mannequin bust is 4 1/4" high. She has very nice features and is vaguely reminiscent of the 1930's in appearance. She is marked with  a label on the bottom "made in China for Direct Connection Industry Ca.

She might be porcelain.

The hats might be resin  though they might even be some form of pottery; I cannot tell.  The brown hat has sticker residue (but no sticker) on the underside. It also has a "jewel" on the hat centered in the bow.  The pink hat has a "jewel" by the feather and "gold" and "pearls" around the hat band. There are no chips, cracks or flakes. The  mannequin head has  small feathery black marks on her neck; I do not know what they are. She also has a knob on the top of her head to secure the hats. It is intentional to the design, but looks strange without the hats in place.
