Must be completed within 5 days of auction end ( or our next Open Day thereafter ) . CASH PAYMENT (at time of pick-up) will only be accepted. Sorry NOT Paypal or Eftpos. If pick-up delay is expected after this time frame please contact us or a non-payment may be reported to eBay and suspension may occur. Items stored longer than 5 days from Auction End will incur a $ 2.50 per day fee due to our own Storage costs. 

POSTAGE  small items OR COURIER  ( other than our service ) I

The winning bidder must pay within 3 days, of auction end. Items not paid for after this time may be reported to eBay as a non-payment and may result in eBay suspension. Please contact us via email click on “ Contact Buyer” prior to bidding to authorise payment time extensions if needed.

DIRECT DEPOSIT

Please note we use Australia Post to ship our goods. Items are shipped within 48 hours of payment being received and may take up to 7 business days to deliver. This is an Australia Post time frame that we cannot control. All postage's prices within Australia will incur an added Registered Post fee ($2.75), which includes post insurance to the value of $100.00. We use clean recycled packaging.

WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR HANDLING AND PACKAGING

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE Quotes can be supplied on request with the choice of AIR MAIL or SEA MAIL. Please Note: The weight and cubic size of the goods will determine the postage price.

RETURNS

We endeavour to describe items as accurately as possible and make no intention to deceive. However, please understand that some of our items are pre-loved and are to be purchased as is. We only accept returns on faulty electrical items (we test before listing and sell as fully working). Refunds will be given on the sold price of item not on postage.
