You must be able to install it yourself in your systems architecture to achieve constant Brix data. In some systems, your food product may leave a film on the sapphire prism, so a pressure wash may be necessary at shift change. Some CIP cleaners will do just fine (so you won't need to take it apart). You will need to engineer it to your environment!
