International shipping is via either US Postal's Global Priority (Air) Mail, which is $15.00 ($12.00 to Canada) and takes 3-8 business days. It may take a few days extra to ship if the item is not in stock, as well will be waiting on the manufacturer to ship to us, and then to you.
Shipping is via US Postal's Air Mail which takes 3-8 business days. Once it ships you will receive a Delivery Confirmation Number, which is not the same as a Tracking Number that you might get through UPS or FedEx. US Postal will ship the package to your country, and from there, your national postal system will make the delivery to your door. Since there is a change in shipping service along the way, a true point-to-point Tracking Number is not possible. Delivery Confirmation Numbers from USPS will show you 2 things, the Tracking of the package when it is in the USA; port of departure and it will Confirm it's delivery to you at the end when delivered.
Delays. Do you know that the #1 reason for delays in incorrect or wrong address? Please be sure that your address is 100% correct to ensure a prompt delivery.
Once you have the correct mailing address, delays can still happen and are out of our and your control. Customs, weather, political instability, natural disasters, etc, can add days or weeks to the delivery of your package. These packages ALWAYS arrive. If you order is staking longer than you expect, contact your local Post Office and ask them if they have a package waiting for you. That can be very helpful in locating your package.
If all of this above sounds annoying, we can upgrade your shipping to UPS or FedEx. Please ask for a revised invoice at checkout or e-mail a shipping quote request prior to ordering. Please be mindful that these services can be expensive - often 3-7 times more expensive...
