This NEC D5146H 40MB 5.25" Hard Drive for sale is being pulled straight from a working NEC PowerMate 2 PC.

 It is currently running DOS and has WordPerfect 5.1 installed. 

It has been tested to be working to the best of my ability. I am running it with the computer above.

(I also have a defective D5146H drive, which is also for sale. It spins and boots but has some sort of failure. PM me for details.)
