This is a barely used, (can maybe even call it new) in box foot control for dictation.  It was included in a box of items that my grandfather gave me. I have no idea why he had this!  It appears that the only time it was removed from its box is when I took it out for a photo. It was wrapped in plastic and still has a twist tie around the cord.  The part number on the side of the box is 177557. It is made in the U.S.A.  I also have the Dictaphone Sound Band Headset.
