 General

 

No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the Goods are despatched by the Seller.

 

Prices

 

All prices displayed are in £ Sterling (GB Pounds) include VAT at the current rate. If you wish to convert these to a different currency, please check with your bank or an official converter website. We take no responsibility for the accuracy of any conversion to other currencies. We will charge your card in £ Sterling (GB Pounds) and your card issuer will convert the transaction to your own currency on the day they process the transaction. This may not be the same rate as shown on any currency converter.

 

The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. Delivery charges are clearly shown in your shopping basket throughout your visit.

 

Delivery

 

The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

 

We try to dispatch orders within 48 - 72 hours however this is not always possible. Our Standard Delivery period to the UK is 7 days from time of order. Please allow up to 15 - 28 days for delivery of all orders outside UK, unless you have selected an express delivery. By doing this an estimate delivery time will be indicated during your checkout process.

 

All import taxes are under the buyer responsibility. It’s his accountability to check all tax duties that could be applied and asked for his order from and by his local and national custom. Obsico® is not responsible for any Import tax duties or any cost link to his order(s). No refund can be requested.

 

Delivery Charges

 

Obsico® uses Royal Mail delivery for packages up to 2kg, our delivery charges are calculated from their standard rates plus Packaging charges all included in the delivery cost to you. Packages over 2kg are sent by carrier. Express delivery will be handle by professional Delivery Mail service as DHL, UPS etc.. and a tracking number will be provided to check the shipping status of his order.

 

Combined shipping costs is offered for multiple orders

 

Minimum delivery charge is £2.95 all other charges are based on weight costing plus packaging handling charges.

 

If you require Special Delivery or insurance please email for a quote, All express services include insurance. All deliveries use a signed for service - you or someone else will need to sign for the package on collection.

 

Pick up product:

 

You cannot pick up the item yourself as we do not keep any items at our sales Office. All products are packed, handle and dispatch outside our office for security reasons, no stock are kept in our office.

 

Payment

 

Payment by cash, cheque, credit or debit card is due at the time of order.

 

Goods remain the property of Obsico® until paid for in full.

 

Natural Products

 

All our products are natural or made from natural materials and are handmade products. Mineral inclusions and natural markings within and on such materials do not constitute a fault.

 

Handmade products:

 

All our products are handmade meaning that un-perfections exist and small irregularities do not constitute a fault.  We take care to check our entire product before to ship them out in order to reach our quality level standard for our clients. 

 

 

 

Refunds Policy

 

Colour Reproduction - Please note that we try our hardest to reproduce the colours of the items exactly. However, this is not always possible as different browsers and computer screens reproduce colours differently and therefore the colours may differ slightly. If you are unhappy with your item when you received it then we will gladly replace or refund your money on receipt of the returned item.

 

Faulty items can be returned for a full refund or replacement but please take in consideration above section “Handmade product” . Any unopened and unused Item can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Returned items will be checked and if found to be used or opened no refund will be given and a charge to re-post will be made. In this circumstance Obsico® will not be responsible for any return costs. You must notify in writing within 7 days ([email protected]) of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all of your order. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.

 

Any goods returned after the 7 day period notice will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We must be able to resell goods in as 'new condition'. Any goods where packaging has been damaged and therefore rendered non-resalable will not be refunded. Please make sure you have purchased the correct item for your needs before opening any packaging. If you received damaged goods you must retain the packaging for possible inspection by the carriers and with him.

 

Warranty

 

Products sold by Obsico® are guaranteed against production defects. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse.

 

Returned Goods

 

Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods or orders must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 7 days will not be accepted unless you get a clear writing confirmation from Obsico®. Please not that Obsico® first priority is to reach a high service level and a high level customer service standard, by consequence, we will seriously take all your remarks and request in consideration..

 

Returned goods must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging.

 

Damaged Returns -The Buyer is responsible for adequate safe packing of any returned goods. The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of Obsico® been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.

 

The Seller's failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.

 

Legal Liability

 

The contracts from the sales of goods by Obsico® shall be subject to and governed by English law.

 

Liability of Obsico® shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Obsico® cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequences of using the products it sells.

 

Acceptance of terms

 

Obsico® is a trading Brand name in UK and is own and part of the Rosvan® Group. By placing an order with Obsico® you are placing an order with Rosvan® Limited UK. By consequence the buyer is agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions mentioned above and for the item(s) that has been purchased and listed on the platform where the product(s) has been listed.
