SHIPPING DAMAGE IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SELLER. Buyer must notify seller of any defects or non-conformity whatsoever in the equipment within 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Failure of BUYER to so notify us shall constitute an acceptance of the Equipment and waiver of all defects and/or nonconformity in the Equipment. In case of damages due to shipping, buyer decides whether to keep or return the equipment within 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY. No return will be accepted after the shipper (UPS or FedEx) conduct the inspection. All sold as is items does not carry and warranties, no refunds or refunds will be issued. Seller will not be responsible for damage to uninsured shipments.
Feedback Policy
