I MEDICI FIRENZE Green Italian Leather Shoulder Bag Laptop Brief Case Handbag
This auction consists of a Genuine Italian Leather Shoulder bag made by I MEDICI in Dark Green. This versatile Briefcase has (3) Interior Compartments, plus the original yellow fabric dust bag cover (not shown in photo). The shape of the bag is trapezoidal, wider at the base and tapers to a slightly narrower top. Professional, yet stylish, it's perfect for work or school, day or evening, and spacious enough to use to carry a slim Laptop computer or iPad. This would make a great Mother's Day or Graduation gift.
Description: Purchased new in Florence, Italy, this shoulder bag tote features the Dark Green Leather exterior with Top-Stitched edges and a rectangular base. One exterior face of the Italian Leather Brief Case Executive Bag has the embossed logo: “I MEDICI Firenze”
The (2) ¾” wide, top-stitched leather shoulder straps are attached on the exterior face of both sides of the bag. The interior lining consists of a matching dark green solid fabric with “I MEDICI Firenze” logo printed regularly across it. Also included are the original yellow fabric dust bag cover (not shown) as well as instruction card for the care of vegetable-tanned Genuine Italian leather.
The Shoulder Bag has a total of (3) interior compartments:
- The Main Center Compartment closes with (2) magnetic clasps and features a Leather Pouch for a mobile cell phone or MP3 player, plus slots for business cards on one face; and a 6” long zippered interior pocket for keys, wallet and valuables on the opposite face. The zipper compartment is embossed, Natural Leather, Made in Italy.
- (2) fully zippered, side compartments with matching dark green zippers, each with (2) silver-tone zipper pulls (each embossed “Made in Italy”) such that each compartment can be fully unzipped along the (2) sides and top. There is a half-height gusset at each end of the (2) side compartments, so that papers will not slide out, when fully unzipped.
- All (3) compartments share the same dark green I Medici Firenze fabric lining. Note: No external compartments
Also included is an Instruction Card from the Vera Pelle Italiana' Conciata al Vegetable organization regarding the care and handling of the Genuine Italian Vegetable-Tanned Leather. For more information, contact them at: [email protected].
Dimensions: 12 1/8" H x 14.50" L x 4" Depth at the Base. When empty and all compartments shut, the Width at the top of the Shoulder Bag is approximately 2”. The (2) Shoulder Straps have a 13" drop. Actual strap length, end to end: 35 inches
Condition: Like New Condition, purchased new in 2007 in Florence, Italy. Used once to carry home books from my trip, otherwise carefully stored in the original yellow dust jacket bag, with matching I Medici markings. The leather is smooth and clean with a few faint wear marks.
