Returns will be accepted for defective products only. A replacement will be sent when defective product is received and verified that it is defective. Equipment must be repackaged in original packaging. Customer must notify seller within 7 days of delivery that product is defective and must request an RMA number before returning item. There are no returns for any consumable items ie; Toner, Drum Units, Imaging Units etc. Any DOA consumable items must be returned the to OEM directly.
