There is nothing better than feeling the fresh earth between your fingers.  With the exception of not having to spend an hour scrubbing that fresh earth out from underneath your finger nails.  At any given time we have upwards to 20 volunteers getting down and dirty with us in the beds… perhaps that came out wrong...
