Roots and Rays is dedicated to providing healthy food and a safe green space for the community.  We grow dozens of varieties of edible organic produce. In the 2010 growing season we donated nearly 100 pounds of organic produce to the Pilsen Wellness Center food pantry. With your help hope to double that donation for 2011!  Full of dozens of ornamental plants our garden provides a beautiful and safe place for the community.  Plus, let's face it without seeds a garden would really just be a big ole pile-o-dirt.
