• We accept Bank wire transfers.
• Sorry but we do not accept direct credit card payments, nor do we accept credit card payments from outside the US.
• Payment must be received within 10 days from the close of the first auction. If Payment is not received in 10 days the item will be re-listed and Non Paying Bidder claim will be filed with eBay.

Sales Tax 6% Sales Tax will automatically be added for all PA residents at Checkout.  If you are tax exempt you must provide us with that information.

Shipping:

Buyer pays only the actual shipping cost or you can pick it up for a low cost of $20.00.  We will load the unit for you with a forklift with unit resting on a pallet.  

• FOR THE RATE QUOTED:  WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA. WE ONLY SHIP TO THE CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES.
• If you want it we will ship it but you pay the extra cost.
• All orders are shipped upon receipt of payment.
• If you win an item and live in Hawaii or Alaska, you must email us for your shipping.
• Most orders paid for by 11:45 am Central on business days, are shipped the same day. Payments received after 11:45 am Central or on Non-Business days will be shipped the following business day. Saturday, Sunday and US Holidays are not considered business days.
• All orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS unless otherwise noted. Please Note: The day of shipping does not count as a Day In Transit. For example an order shipped on Monday with 3 Days Time in Transit will be delivered on Thursday.
• All shipping charges are clearly posted on each auction and are NON-NEGOTIABLE!

Discounted Shipping

• We will charge a reduced shipping cost for multiple items that fit into the same box.

·        All orders containing more than one item in a seven day period are eligible for a Multiple Item Shipping Discount. (Any exclusions will be noted in the auction description)

·        If you are purchasing multiple items, you must wait until the close of your last auction before completing checkout if you would like to take advantage of shipping discounts.

·        Once your checkout has been completed, no additional items may be added to your order.

Return Policies:

100% Returns:

If we misrepresent this item in our listing we will refund 100% of your purchase price.  You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the merchandise. 100% Refunds will be given after the merchandise has been returned. You must pay shipping charges on all returned items.

Other Returns

• If you do not receive the item you purchased or you receive a defective item you must contact us within 2 days from item receipt to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
• All returns must be authorized in advance.
• All returns are subject to approval and are authorized at the sole discretion of the Seller.
• All items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. No refund or replacement will be given until items are received and found to be in original condition.
• All Returns may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• All items must be returned to Seller no later than 7 days from the date the return was authorized.
• Any items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return.

• I did not bid on this item, I accidentally bid on this item or I no longer want this item, do I have to pay for it?
• Please remember that Your Bid is a Binding Contract. Per eBay, you are legally bound to pay for the item if you are the winning bidder. Bidding on eBay is not a one-click process. There are several steps to placing a bid. We do realize that mistakes occur. You have a couple of options in this situation.
• 1. Pay for the item and complete the transaction.
• 2. You may bid on, win a comparable item from us, and successfully complete that Transaction.
• 3. If you choose neither of these options, you may pay a 25% relisting fee. Contact us to arrange payment of this fee. (This fee covers any and all costs incurred by Seller, for the initial listing and final value fee assessed by eBay as well as our time to relist the item)
• 4. In the event you choose none of the above we are left with no choice but to file a Non Paying Bidder complaint with eBay. This is the only way for us to recover the fees incurred when you agreed to purchase the item.
• Can I pick my item up and save on shipping?

Normally we do not offer local pickup. Items shipped within PA will arrive the next day in most cases.   Some listed items are sold as pick up only.

Why are you not responding to my emails?

·        It is our goal to respond to all emails within one business day. Keep in mind our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm. If you send us an email outside of those times, we will get back to you the next business day. Please be sure to check your bulk mail folder or the My Messages section on eBay. All correspondence is made through your eBay registered email address if this address is no longer valid you will need to update it.
