We are not responsible for missing or
inoperable safety features on equipment. Safe operation is the
responsibility of the operator. Serial numbers are usually provided or
can be provided upon request, so the bidder can conduct their own research. Buy
with confidence, as we have a good reputation on eBay.
We accept Paypal, Checks, and Bank wire transfers.
CHECKS must be approved prior to close of auction and must
be mailed no later than one day after the close of the auction. All checks must have cleared our account prior to the item being
shipped.
Sorry but we do not accept direct credit card payments, nor do we
accept credit card payments from outside the US.
Payment must be received within 10 days from the close of the first
auction. If Payment is not received in 10 days the item will be re-listed
and Non Paying Bidder claim will be filed with eBay. All Check Payments
should be sent to Seller: address will be provided at close of auction.

Return Policies:
100% Returns:
If we misrepresent this item in our
listing we will refund 100% of your purchase price. You must contact us
within 2 days of receiving the merchandise. 100% Refunds will be given after
the merchandise has been returned. You must pay shipping charges on all
returned items.
Other Returns:
If
you do not receive the item you purchased or you receive a defective item
you must contact us within 2 days from item receipt to obtain a Return
Authorization Number.
All
returns must be authorized in advance.
All
returns are subject to approval and are authorized at the sole discretion
of the Seller.
All
items must be returned in the original condition in which they were
received. No refund or replacement will be given until items are received
and found to be in original condition.
All
Returns may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and the buyer is
responsible for all shipping charges.

items must be returned to Seller no later than 7 days from the date the return
was authorized.
Any
items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return.

did not bid on this item, I accidentally bid on this item or I no longer
want this item, do I have to pay for it?
Please
remember that Your Bid is a Binding Contract. Per eBay, you are legally
bound to pay for the item if you are the winning bidder. Bidding on eBay
is not a one-click process. There are several steps to placing a bid. We
do realize that mistakes occur. You have a couple of options in this
situation.

Pay for the item and complete the transaction.
2.
You may bid on, win a comparable item from us, and successfully complete
that Transaction.
3.
If you choose neither of these options, you may pay a 25% relisting fee.
Contact us to arrange payment of this fee. (This fee covers any and all
costs incurred by Seller, for the initial listing and final value fee
assessed by eBay as well as our time to relist the item)
4.
In the event you choose none of the above we are left with no choice but
to file a Non Paying Bidder complaint with eBay. This is the only way for
us to recover the fees incurred when you agreed to purchase the item.
Why
are you not responding to my emails?
It is our goal to respond to all emails
within one business day. Keep in mind our hours of operation are Monday thru
Friday 9am - 5pm. If you send us an email outside of those times, we will get
back to you the next business day. Please be sure to check your bulk mail
folder or the My Messages section on eBay. All correspondence is made through
your eBay registered email address if this address is no longer valid you will
need to update it.
