This is a nice #4 doll. She has the softer bendable arms and the soft hair & bangs. She has had green at he ears but it has been treated and isn't to detrimental. Her hair has had some setting lotion in it and it has dried a bit stiff but I think it will wash out easily. The belt closure on the skirt is broken and it is pinned . There is only one shoe.The matching scarf completes her Fun at the Fair look.
