SHOGUN'S SAMURAI (1978) - REMASTERED
Yagyu Ichizoku no Inbo (aka - Yagyu Clan Conspiracy) -
Feudal Japan, 1624. Shogun Tokugawa Hidetada has died under mysterious
circumstances.
It is soon revealed that the Shogun was poisoned becuase he did not want his eldest son to be heir. A war between the eldest son and his younger brother soon erupts and samurai warriors are soon called into action, each taking respective sides and swearing devotion to their prospective lords.
This is all being controlled by the Yagyu family, a group of samurai who have trained the Shogunate's family in fencing and swordsmanship. As well as all this, a group of imperial nobles are secretly trying to use the fledging Shogun warriors to weaken the power of the Shogunate and restore power to the Emperor.
