Hibotan Bakuto - Oryu Ryuko was raised by her Father after her mother died when she was little. When she was eighteen her father was brutally attacked and murdered by a stranger. Carrying the wallet left behind by the killer, she departs on a journey to avenge her fathers death.
Wandering across the country she becomes known as Red Peony Oryu from the red peony tattoed on her shoulder.
