Hibotan Tobaku: Oryu Sanjo - Oryu returns to Nagoya to search for Okimi, the young blind girl she left behind in Part Three, only to find her working as a pick-pocket thief in Tokyo.
She tries to help her, but once again the Red Peony ends-up between the front lines of a yakuza turf war as two local gangs attempt to control the theatre district...
