Fuji Junko plays the extremely popular and attractive geisha Shinji. She begins to fall for Shimada, an ex-con and local small time mine owner whose mine is desired by the powerful and sleazy coal baron Kaneko.
This conflict of interest leads to death and destruction, as competition between the two men mounts, with Shinji caught in the middle. A classic one against all battle climaxes the film with a beautifully choreographed sword fight through the rooms of Kaneko's mansion.
