The Electric Pasta Machine has a control for adjusting the speed from slow to fast. And the thickness of the finished pasta can be adjusted from thin to thick by turning the adjustment knob. There is a built in safety switch that cuts the power if the safety cover is opened. It makes spaghetti, fettuccini, home made noodles, and flat dough sheets that can be used for lasagna, ravioli, etc. This machines rollers are 5 3/4 inches wide.
