 Shipping:*California & West Coast buyers...The cost of  the item must be calculated and  once we get the final weight etc- as anything shipped to the 900 series zip code is always more and  I  just can't afford to keep paying the excess shipping charges.  The invoice that eBay sends is just an approx invoice.   We never know what the full amount is until we know the zip and the final label and packing is added then we get a more accurate figure.

If I can send Priority with amount paid for shipping, be assured that I will. On occasion I sometimes have to request additional funds for the shipping.

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering but most of the time we ship the next day after the payment is cleared through pay pal,  Shipping is done Monday through Friday***No Shipping on weekends or Holidays-

 

 COMBINED SHIPPING: Please check out all my other auctions since I always try to combine shipping!   QUALIFIED Items purchased within  3 days of the first auction won qualify for combined shipping. .    If a flat rate box is cheaper we will use that and refund shipping difference  Buyer pays for highest shipping charge first and then half off the cost   of shipping for the next item.  If you purchase more than three qualified items, I will work with you even more on shipping.

UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED "NEW",ALL ITEMS ARE PREOWNED AND ARE SOLD AS IS.     They are NOT sold on approval so please ask any questions you have before you bid.  I try very hard to disclose any imperfections I see regarding an item.  My excellent feedback reputation speaks for itself, and I DO NOT make refunds because you don't like something or because it doesn't fit.  Since sizes vary considerably from manufacturer to manufacturer,  I will almost always give measurements........please use a tape measure to make sure something will work for you before bidding. If I have not given specific measurements or failed to answer any questions you have about an item, please ask before bidding.

REFUNDS:  Before bidding KNOW that I do not provide refunds for items unless I have GROSSLY misrepresented an item. This means that there is a MAJOR flaw with the       item I have sent.  For example, I will make a refund if I have provided inaccurate measurements for an item or if there is a major flaw with the item that I missed.  REMEMBER, UNLESS STATED “NEW”, I sell very gently used items which may show some signs of use as stated in the description.   It has taken me time to obtain the excellent feedback rating I have because I am HONEST.  But because I am human, just like you, I will make an error on occasion, and I am willing to work with all buyers to resolve problems caused by my inaccurate listing. 

We examine our boots, shoes etc  inside and out to be sure that they are ready for you to wear upon arrival unless noted.

This helps to reduce claims.  We also keep records of our post office receipts. We also have delivery confirmations with all of our shipments.

PREOWNED:      PRE-OWNED= Items have been well cared for & loved. May show usual wear, tarnishes or scratches as explained in item description. If you are expecting a perfect used item, you may not want to bid as the product is not new unless it says so.

NON-paying winners will be reported to eBay .  We do have a small  handling fee,  this is not for profit but only to defray the cost of shipping as we use special bags, tape and bubble wrap on some items and we all know it takes gas to go to the post office.
